Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) describes activities that are not allowed when using TapQuality AI LLC websites, the client platform, agentic QA tooling, APIs, or related services (collectively, the “Services”).
This AUP is incorporated by reference into the Terms of Service. If a signed client agreement conflicts with this draft AUP on a specific engagement, the signed agreement controls for that engagement unless counsel-approved final terms state otherwise.
The list below is tuned for agentic QA and related automation. It is not exhaustive; TapQuality may suspend or terminate access for conduct that is unlawful, abusive, or harmful even if not listed here.
1. Systems you do not own or authorize
Do not use the Services to test, scan, probe, attack, or otherwise interact with systems, applications, networks, or accounts you do not own or that you are not expressly authorized in writing to test.
Do not expand a testing engagement beyond the systems, environments, time windows, or methods the client has authorized.
2. Access-control and CAPTCHA bypass
Do not use the Services to bypass, defeat, or circumvent CAPTCHAs, authentication, authorization, rate limits, paywalls, or other access controls—except where the owner has given express written authorization for that specific testing activity.
3. Scraping, malware, and spam
Do not use the Services to scrape or harvest data in violation of law, another party's terms, or robots/access restrictions; to distribute malware, ransomware, or exploit kits; or to send unsolicited bulk messages, phishing, or other spam.
4. High-stakes decisions without human review
Do not use the Services, or outputs from TapQuality agents or models, as the sole basis for high-stakes decisions—including medical, legal, financial, employment, credit, housing, safety-critical, or similarly consequential decisions—without independent human review appropriate to the risk.
5. Abuse of the platform and other users
Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, or degrade the Services; probe TapQuality infrastructure without authorization; impersonate others; upload unlawful or infringing content; or use the Services to harass, threaten, or harm people.
6. Reporting and contact
To report suspected AUP violations or request clarification while this draft is under review, contact support@tapquality.ai (or tap@tapquality.ai). Intellectual-property notices are handled under the Terms of Service DMCA/IP contact section.
